  • Partner with Platform Owners and cross-functional teams to align on sourcing strategies and ensure feasible, constraint-based plans.

  • Analyze and validate network optimization outputs, ensuring alignment with service, cost, and capacity targets.

  • Execute scenario analysis and simulations (“what-if”) to evaluate trade-offs and recommend optimal supply strategies.

  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of master data and key inputs within the Network Optimization model (SAP S/4HANA).

  • Translate business constraints (capacity, transportation, inventory) into model parameters to ensure realistic and actionable outputs.

  • Identify risks such as shortages, capacity constraints, or inventory deviations, and drive alignment on mitigation plans.

  • Communicate complex outputs into clear, actionable insights to support decision-making across stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with planning, inventory optimization, and production teams to continuously improve network performance and processes
