Optym is looking for brilliant, highly qualified and well-educated Operations Research Scientists to assist in building Optimization and AI/ML solutions for the transportation and logistics industry.

Job Requirements:
- Working closely with customers to understand business need
- Designing and architecting software products
- Analysis data using Excel, Python and R
- Design and document algorithms using MIP, Network Optimization and Discrete Optimization
- Program algorithms using Python and other object-oriented programming languages
- Assist in designing decision support system to package algorithms developed
Education & Experience:
- Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research or related areas
- Background in modeling and optimization
- Excellent problem-solving, data analytics and communications skills
- Ambition to real-world problems faced by companies
- Available immediately or by December 1st, 2024
