Send your worker and shift data to the app via a unique endpoint and get an optimized schedule with assignments returned. With another API call, you can ship these results to your scheduling managers, into your end-user interface, or wherever they need to go to keep your business running smoothly.
To get an optimized shift schedule, all you need to do is define:
- Worker availability. What date and time is each worker available? (e.g., worker-1 is available from 08:00 to 15:00 on October 1, 2023)
- Demand per time slot. How many workers are required to meet demand per unit of time? (e.g., on October 1, 2023, 10 workers are needed from 08:00 to 08:30, 6 workers are needed from 08:30 to 9:00, etc)
By default, the app will optimize for meeting forecasted demand without under or overstaffing.
